About the hotel
The guest house is an ancient building of XIIIth century in the centre of Venice, at a distance of 2 minutes from the Rialto bridge and 10 minutes from the San Marco square. The guests house has a terrace looking out on the Grand Canal where it is possible to have breakfast or a moment of relaxation (during the high season).
You will be immersed in the heart and in the life of Venice but at the same time you will find yourself on a very quiet and calm location.
Optional: full and half board on request.
The Guest House is a little building for families, with about 9 rooms.
Our staff will be at your disposal to help you with any problem or to inform you about the most interesting visits of the city: we can suggest the best restaurants, where you will have the chance to taste the local cuisine.
The property is well connected with public means of transports and in front the guest house there is a private access for the boats and the water taxi.

For reservations of more than 3 rooms by the same client cancellation without penalty is possible till 15 days before the date of arrival, in case of late cancellation or no show the hotel will charge 1 night per room as penalty

The guests house has a terrace with a view on the Grand Canal, where you can enjoy your breakfast during the hot season. Normally, it is served daily in your room (at request) or in our dining room.
The property has a restaurant, near the Rialto bridge, where it is possible to have half or full board service for a special price.

- Take the Alilaguna for Fondamente Nuove, which is 5 minutes from the hotel.
By Bus:
From Marco Polo airport:
- take the bus service ATVO or bus ACTV number 5 for Piazzale Roma.
From Treviso airport:
- Take the ATVO bus for Piazzale Roma.
By Vaporetto (public boat):
From Piazzale Roma bus station or from Santa Lucia train station:
- Take vaporetto number 2 for Rialto (stop).
When you arrive in Rialto, head in the direction of Salizzada San Giovanni Grisostomo. After you have passed the restaurant Fiaschetteria Toscana and Calle della stua/scaleter on your left, turn left and find the hotel at the end of the road.
